Abstract


South Korea’s direct investment in China began in the late 80’s, and gained a rapid development since the establishment of the diplomatic relations between the two countries in 1992. China has become South Korea’s largest foreign investor in 2002. South Korea’s direct investment in China is very important to the China economic. living conditions of people would sharply descend as soon as financial crisis breaks out if nothing is done to heal the golobe economic system in 2008. South Korea’s direct investment in China also has a big change. Some South Korean companies have divestment from China, and change their project plans. When our country actively to cope with economic crisis, attention should be given about the change of South Korea’s direct investment.This article have a depth and detailed analysis to the South Korea’s direct (?)tment in the change. Found the new trend in South Korea’s direct investment. This article have a analysis of the current economic crisis to South Korea’s economic impact;South Korea’s investment situation how to impact the Korean Direct Investment in China. This article analyze the human capital, environmental costs and foreign investment policy in China. At last the article propose suggest how to promote South Korea’s direct investment in China. In these ways, South Korea and China will have a rapid development in economic.After the economic crisis, study of South Korea’s direct investment will have a important about two counties development in economic. Our country will a faster recovery in this economic crisis.
