Abstract


Seventies of the last century, the emergence of financial derivatives, the far-reaching impact of the financial, economic activities, and changing the outlook of the global economic growth pattern and the underlying market. Financial derivatives to take advantage of more flexible contracts, decentralization and transfer of the original concentration of risk to the market preference for risk investors, and to promote the efficiency of the financial markets in the allocation of resources, and as a measure of a country's financial market is complete and mature flag. As China joined the WTO, China's opening up to the outside world and more comprehensive and in-depth, also gradually liberalized financial markets, such as the interest rate market, the deepening of the reform of the exchange rate liberalization.
