Abstract

Circulation industry as the dominant industrial control and resource allocation in the context of global competition as the main competition for capital resources performance, competitiveness level has to decide on a national or regional economies in the world control and competitiveness the important factors. Wholesale and retail trade is an important part of the circulation industry, and then, with the shortening of commodity circulation channels, wholesale increasingly weakened, and therefore of great significance to study the retail sector and its competitiveness. First supplement to the theory of industrial competitiveness, the the competitive evaluation system can be built by the Institute for comprehensive evaluation of the regional retail level of competitiveness and its influencing factors were analyzed, the development of regional retail provide effective the reference. Level of economic development of Zhejiang Province is located in the forefront of the country, the developed coastal provinces, but it is a small province of resources \Zhejiang Province as the object of study is one of the innovations of this paper, no previous study the competitiveness of the retail industry in Zhejiang Province, make up blank. The second part is defined as well as the analysis of influencing factors on the macro-economic level of development, labor force status, industry development environment and institutional policies four retail competitiveness of the retail industry and competitive connotation. The core of the article is the third part, to build a new regional retail competitiveness comprehensive evaluation system, including the six-level indicators of industry size, industry structure, industry performance, market potential of the industry, industry growth force and infrastructure level and 24 secondary indicators.
