Abstract


With the acceleration of the aging population in China , the old-age security system is an important measure to alleviate the pressure of old-age security . Enterprise annuity plan as an effective pension system , in countries around the world to flourish . After since the establishment of China 's enterprise annuity system has also been rapid development , but only limited to large and medium-sized enterprises , SMEs annuity market development difficulties , the majority of small and medium-sized enterprises failed to establish the enterprise annuity plan . The reasons caused plight of SMEs annuities development of failure to establish a pension system suitable for the SMEs the annuities development of collection . Relative to a single enterprise annuity collection annuity means to multiple enterprise annuity funds together to set up a pension plan . The main advantage lies in the collective enterprise annuity funds agglomeration economies of scale advantages , especially for small and medium enterprises . The collection of enterprise annuity can be divided into the industry Annuity and retail annuities two .
