Abstract


Since the 30 years of reform and opening up, China’s insurance industry has been a rapid development. Until June of 2010, the total assets of the insurance industry was 5.048 trillion yuan, the balance of the insurance funds was 3.21 trillion yuan. During the past decade, China’s insurance industry showed double-digit growth every year, and we had get the attention of the whole world. But The gap between us and the world’s developed countries is still very large, especially in the investment which we are still in the initial stage. In this article we will research and analysis the insurance funds investment systemic.First, we will learn the concept, character and principles of insurance funds and explain why it has to be invested. Insurance fund is not the capital of insurer or what they already earned, but it is their liability to the insured. So the security of the fund is the most important principle, and keep enough liquidity, meanwhile profitability is the target.Second, we will learn how it is invest in the developed country, and make some to the insurance industry of our country. The insurance fund of most countries is mainly invested in bonds. However England is mainly invest in stocks which taked more than a half. So we can get a conclution that the insurance fund investment character of a country is bond to the trait of its capital market and economics.Third, we put forward the problem of the insurance funds investment of China and make some advice of the solution. Lack of laws and regulations, bank deposit is high, and the investment income rate is instable will be mentioned.What is more, the regulatory supervision in our country CIRC should take more responsibility, making the transition to dynamic solvency regulation gradually. Under the security principle and protecting the insured they should guide the insurance fund investment strictly and stably.
