Abstract


2010 China Trust Industry in the economy continues to recover itself by leaps and bounds , the scale of trust assets exceeded 3 trillion yuan mark for the first time , leapfrogged public fund . However , the extensive mode of development of the trust company not only deviated from the trust and the main industry , but also to the loss of the asset management capabilities . Regulatory policies intensive release makes trust companies are also facing a new round of challenges , especially the size of the trust assets and net capital trust net capital management approach \business , the compressed size of the trust assets , or increase capital \The development of a trust company can be described as precarious , face a fundamental shift in its business model .
