Abstract


In the process of economic development and overall economic growth depends largely on the state of industrial restructuring, rational industrial structure optimization is an important guarantee for the sustained development of the national economy. Since the reform and opening up, the economy of Fujian Province rapid growth, constantly optimize the industrial structure, significantly accelerated the process of industrialization, economic development in Fujian Province in the southeast coastal province is still relatively backward, the lack of coordination of the industrial structure, the structure of the labor force and industry structural changes are not synchronized etc. have become increasingly apparent. The paper attempts to conduct in-depth analysis of research on the industrial structure, Fujian proposed countermeasures of Fujian Province, the industrial structure optimization, in order to achieve sustainable development of Fujian Province economy. Thesis study the optimization of the industrial structure in Fujian Province from the following aspects: First, the thesis on the theory of industrial structure at home and abroad from the status quo of the historical evolution of the theory of industrial structure and industrial structure at home and abroad theory re-combing, related literature review to provide the theoretical basis for the optimization of the industrial structure in Fujian Province; Secondly, the paper uses the combination of quantitative analysis and normative analysis method, Fujian Province and the country's statistics-based analysis of the reform and opening up in Fujian since Province, three industrial structure and the internal structure of the three industries, to summarize the current situation and problems of Fujian Province since the reform and opening up 30 years of industrial structure; once again, the paper presents an objective standard of Fujian Province, the industrial structure optimization, both from the demand factors and supply factors in-depth analysis of Fujian Province, the industrial structure optimization constraints to analyze the possibility of optimization of the industrial structure, Fujian Province; Finally, the use of the \The way to figure out the optimal structure of the three industries in Fujian Province balanced growth conditions. Come to this conclusion by analyzing research papers: the proportion of Fujian Province, the second industry output is too high, the proportion of tertiary industry output value is too low; unreasonable internal structure of the three major industries; serious imbalance in the structure of the labor force and output value structure, this economy in Fujian province is detrimental to long-term development. Combined with the analysis of the industrial structure in Fujian and the optimal adjustment made on the basis of planning programs, the paper presents the optimal adjustment of the industrial structure of Fujian countermeasures, Fujian Province to establish a reasonable industrial structure and to achieve sustainable economic development theoretical basis.
