Abstract

Food security relations with the people's life safety and social stability. From a logistics point of view, shortening the time of cold chain logistics process, to reduce the risk of food spoilage, improve safety coefficient. Because of the cold chain food in the distribution link is weak protection by the cold, so this article focuses on cold-chain distribution from the perspective of process research. Currently has a variety of methods to the logistics system of process modeling, Petri net theory because of the rigorous mathematical definition and analysis method, is one of a kind of very effective. This article in detail describes the distribution of cold-chain logistics enterprise process, on the basis of Petri net theory of cold-chain logistics distribution process modeling, mathematical analyses and using Petri nets to model features analysis, the result shows that the established model is active, boundedness and accessibility. On this basis, this paper using incidence matrix and the model of the subnet, and determine the synchronization relationship between the various subnets, found the key nodes in the influence process efficiency. For synchronous relation between cold-chain logistics distribution caused by the inefficient problem, this paper puts forward the corresponding optimization measures, by changing the subnet of the operation efficiency to achieve optimization of the process.
