Abstract


U.S. subprime crisis began in early 2007, then gradually spreaded from the financial sectors to the real economy. U.S. subprime crisis escalated into a worldwide financial crisis sweeping the whole world, the financial crisis caused a great impact of the Europe、America and other developed economies and emerging economies, and the world economy have suffered huge loss.Under the background of the economic and financial globalization, not only a state but even the world economy could not avoid the outbreak of financial crisis. As the financial crisis is non-preventable in a large extent, we only can formulate various policies to mitigate the damage to the economy which caused by the financial crisis.This paper, on the one hand analyze the characteristics of the U.S.financial system, depthly, summarize the overview of U.S.financial policy comprehensively, find the causes of financial crisis and the means adopted to tackle the financial crisis. On the other hand, analyze and summarize the overview of Chinese monetary policy comprehensively, and the monetary policy adopted to tackle the financial crisis.The last, find the differences through the comparison of the two countries’financial policy, provide policy recommendations to develop financial policies for China in the post-crisis era, and protect the economic and financial stability.
