Abstract


China is a large agricultural country, the level of development of the rural economy has an important impact on China's national economy . Finance as the lubricant of the economy , has an important role in promoting the development of rural economy , the development of regional financial differences are bound to affect the development of the regional economy . In the background of China 's implementation of a coordinated regional economic development , how to quantify the difference in the development of the rural financial area , as well as rural finance development of the regional differences between convergence or divergence , this problem has become an important topic for the coordinated development of China 's rural economic growth and economic . The first rural financial scale and financial deepening of these two aspects of the 1998-2008 regional development of China's rural financial comparison , China's rural financial scale regional differences analyzed 2006 years ago, the eastern region financial deepening higher than the central and western regions , the 2006 western than eastern regions ; then using the coefficient of variation and the Theil index decomposition analysis of changes of regional differences in China's rural financial development , these two indicators relative range , standard deviation , Gini coefficient and Kuznets ratios traditional indicators can be more fully reflect regional differences of China's rural financial development , and can measure between regions and intra-regional differences on the development of rural financial contribution . Analyzed first reduced to expand the trend of China 's rural financial development in the 1998-2008 regional differences . Comes mainly from China's rural financial development differences found by the decomposition of the Theil index than three inter-regional differences but three intra-regional differences ; Finally, the use of the convergence theory of σ convergence , the β convergence as well as \regional differences in China's rural financial development testing , inspection and draw China 's rural finance regional development does not exist σ convergence , but the presence of β absolute convergence , regional financial development also showed a certain degree of \Quantify the provinces of rural financial development of the regional differences in the changes in trends and convergence based on the economic environment , the development of strategic perspective from the start , to take a differentiated financial countermeasures , the formulation of financial development policies in line with local conditions , in order to narrow China 's rural areas development gap provides a useful reference .
