Abstract


Low-cost housing in the housing market context, China's urban low-income groups to improve the living conditions of the implementation of important initiatives. Back in 1998 , the State Council made ??it clear that low-cost housing in the country to establish a social security system , from national to local policies were introduced, Xi'an also enacted in 2003 the first \low-cost housing construction is lagging behind around the end of 2008, Xi'an Mingde gate built only a low-rent housing complex . Until 2007 the two organizations , low-cost housing began to receive widespread attention , with countries from policy to financial support, construction of low-rent housing ushered in a period of large-scale , low-cost housing design theory and practice within the industry to become a hot research issue . Since the construction of low-rent housing is still in its infancy, so the lack of design theory , basic data to be added , in this context, this paper studies the related theoretical discussion in order to come to a suitable low-cost housing design method and suitable for low-cost housing in Xi'an building design standards. This article from the research to start by consulting Xi'an affordable housing and low-rent housing office to find low-cost housing construction status of Xi'an , and Matilda door low-cost housing residential tenants to conduct research, informed use of existing low-cost housing in the process of problems and real needs of low-rent housing ; followed research-based , low-cost housing in Xi'an proposed economic input to the design , \design concept ; combined low-rent housing policies in order to obtain high-quality low-cost housing and the maximum value for money , low-rent housing kit affect controlling factors of spatial design to analyze ; thereby to reduce the design strength for the purpose of proposed the modular design patterns ; final fine design from space , adaptability, comfort, four aspects are better optimized for low-cost housing design methods are discussed . Full adhere to the policy as a guide to meet the basic needs of low-income families as a standard, to grasp the principles of residential design , low-cost housing design theory are discussed, hope for the future construction of low-rent housing in Xi'an play some inspiration and reference.
