As a foundation under rail embankment must have sufficient strength and stability , a direct response to the roadbed subgrade compaction quality overall performance , master embankment settlement process in the construction of physical and mechanical properties and deformation of subgrade overall quality control of great significance . In this study, Geostudio software modules simulate Sigma Group B fillers roadbed in both boundary conditions ( considering Lu Lu basic body and does not consider the basic body ) different stages of subgrade soil compaction displacement of understanding during compaction of roadbed settlement deformation properties. Establish vibratory roller - roadbed equations of motion using simulink for vibratory compactor - roadbed system dynamic response simulation , combined with the Wuhan-Guangzhou passenger line DK1701 400-DK1701 585 band dynamic monitoring tests , the use of WS-5922 data logger and mounted on vibration ICP on roller axle vibration acceleration sensor , real-time acquisition of vibration acceleration rolling process , through the vibration signal wavelet analysis to understand the process of strong vibration and static characteristics of the vibration signal , extracting the reaction to the real state of the signal compaction . The results showed that: the subgrade vibration signal characteristics tend sinusoidal signal, when carried to the sixth over the rolling compaction quality to meet the \m/s2 range for the subsequent rapid non-destructive testing of subgrade foundation .
