In the present study, we use the dielectric constant change type capacitive sensor principle to measure the blade electrical characteristics. Different species as the research object, the measurement the leaf capacitance value under different water stress time change, seek the relationship between leaf water content and the capacitance value, using statistical methods to establish the mathematical model between leaf water content and capacitance values. Development and correction of electronic equipment to provide a reliable theoretical and experimental basis, to provide the basic data for the study of plant water physiology. In addition, we also studied the tree able to judge the degree of water deficit, leaf water potential and conductivity values, and to explore the relationship between the water potential and capacitance values. Chinese white poplar (Populus tomentosa Carr.), Yang (Populus canadensis Moench.) And Eucommia (Eucommia ulmoides Oliv.) Electrical characteristics and physiological characteristics to determine the test conditions for measuring the electrical characteristics of the blades and the frequency range. As a basis to study the relationship between drought stress leaves capacitance characteristics and capacitive properties and physiological properties. Made the main conclusions: (1) leaf water content showed a gradually decreasing trend with the duration of stress time and reduce the amount of leaf water content in the unit time from big to small: Eucommia gt; Canadian Yang gt; hair Poplar. It can be deduced that the water holding capacity of the strength of the order: Populus tomentosa gt; Canadian Yang gt; Eucommia. (2) filtered at 1 KHz frequency to test three trees capacitance value best frequency measured Populus tomentosa, Yang and Eucommia leaves capacitance value. The results show that, 1 KHz frequency capacitance the evident value changes, the increase of water stress time, the smaller the capacitance value. (3) the use of the the SPSS13.0 software on poplar, plus Yang, Eucommia leaf physiological capacitance value and water content, water potential correlation analysis found that the capacitance value and moisture content was a significant positive correlation between. At the same time was also a positive correlation between capacitance values ??and water potential. Accordingly we can see, these three trees leaf capacitance characteristics well reflect its physiological characteristics, and thus indirectly reflect the plant's drought-hit. (4) in a significant correlation between the frequency of 1 KHz, poplar, plus Yang and Eucommia leaf water content and capacitance values. This test of the capacitance value and the moisture content of the three tree leaves both regression analysis, fitting between the two is established mathematical model is: Y = a-b X c X2 wherein a, b, c respectively, in the range: 87.055 lt; a lt; 1296.5; -3982.2 lt; b lt; -304.33; 281.11 lt; c lt; 3078.6 test study three blades correlation between moisture content and capacitance values ??and fit between the mathematical model . This work has not been reported, so it has a certain theoretical and practical significance.
