Abstract

The the This test applications stability nuclides 15 N labeling technique, using different nitrogen application rate and different nitrogen fertilization during the processing of the world-famous flower bulbs hyacinth (Hyacinthus orientalis L.) in the whole growth each variation of the organ of dry matter, as well as the law of absorption and distribution of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium. The results show that: (1) early in hyacinth growth to flowering stage, slightly the bulbs dry matter growth, the rapid growth of the roots and leaves flowers dry matter. Hua Xie, bulbs dry matter accumulated rapidly, the growth rate reached a peak, and significantly slower growth of roots and leaves flowers dry matter. Growth end of the the bulbs dry matter growth rate leveled off gradually consumed the flowers dry matter of roots and leaves. Dry matter accumulation per plant facilities 0.4g nitrogen bulb for a different amount of nitrogen processing the most favorable, roots and leaves per plant facilities 1.0g nitrogen spend the amount of dry matter accumulation. For the different nitrogen application period processing, in the initial stage of growth and flowering period installments nitrogen fertilizer favor bulbs dry matter growth, disposable nitrogen application at the flowering stage favor of dry matter growth of roots and leaves and flowers. (2) early in hyacinth growth to flowering stage, bulbs mainly to internal storage of nitrogen transported to the leaves and flowers of the root, root leaves and flowers of nitrogen increased rapidly. Hua Xie, bulbs nitrogen accumulation speed rapidly rising, handling hyacinth bulbs Nitrogen highest growth rate, root leaves and flowers began to appear nitrogen consumption. Bulb the nitrogen growth rate of apparent decline in the growth stage, the the rapid nitrogen consumption of roots and leaves and flowers. (3) hyacinth bulbs in the flowering stage the cumulative nitrogen fertilizer is very low, with the fertility process moves forward, the bulbs gradually raise the proportion of fertilizer nitrogen absorption. With the increase in the amount of nitrogen in the appropriate range, the bulb fertilizer nitrogen cumulative proportion corresponding increase in Exceeds the optimum nitrogen rate, increased nitrogen application rate but will reduce bulb fertilizer nitrogen absorption rate. And the increase of nitrogen content can always improve the level of absorption of the roots and leaves and flowers of fertilizer nitrogen. In the trial, the roots and leaves and flowers do not appear optimum nitrogen rate, indicating that the hyacinth roots and leaves and flowers of the nitrogen fertilizer demand. For different nitrogen application period points in the initial stage of growth and flowering period for the processing of the two nitrogen fertilizer can improve bulb fertilizer nitrogen uptake and utilization levels, while at the flowering stage disposable nitrogen application processing can improve root leaves and flowers of fertilizer nitrogen The absorption and utilization levels. (4) hyacinth various organs in the accumulation of phosphorus and potassium in the whole growth consistent with the law. The initial stage of growth to the flowering stage, bulb-free or a small amount of phosphorus and potassium cumulative, roots and leaves and flowers of phosphorus and potassium increased rapidly. Hua Xie, bulbs of the accumulated phosphorus and potassium peak cumulative slowed roots and leaves and flowers of the phosphorus and potassium. To hyacinth growth late, bulbs speed slow down the accumulation of phosphorus and potassium, phosphorus and potassium in roots and leaves and flowers are transferred to the bulb. Overall, low levels of nitrogen application rate is conducive to the bulb accumulation of phosphorus and potassium, phosphorus and potassium elements conducive to root leaves and flowers maintained high nitrogen rate. (5) in the actual production, depending on the requirements and purposes to arrange reasonable hyacinth fertilization program. Hyacinth cultivation concept of flowers for the purpose of increasing nitrogen rate can be appropriate to postpone the aging of the roots and leaves and flowers, hyacinth to improve the ornamental; hyacinth cultivation for the purpose of harvesting bulbs, they have appropriate to reduce the nitrogen rate to ensure that the nutrition of the roots and leaves of fertility late promptly transported to the bulb.
