Polygonatum Polygonatum sibiricum Redoute is very valuable traditional Chinese medicine in recent years to meet the needs of the of yellow fine in the field of medicine, food, a large area of ??cultivated. The cultivation methods roots transplanting reproduction, asexual development of the cultivation of Chinese herbal medicines, quality, efficacy unfavorable. Serious Huang Jing flower and fruit drop, seed setting rate was also low at the same time the flowers and fruits of harm by pests, Huang Jing sexual reproduction. Therefore, this study preliminary study to solve the problem of sexual reproduction of Huang Jing and Huang Jing main pests of flowers and fruits of the two-spotted spider mite, the research laboratory population growth and development. Due to yellow fine shade plants, so the design of field trials, part of Polygonatum shade, part shade. Main results are as follows: 1. Huang Jing squaring April 10, Lei May 20, bud stage up to 41d; the Polygonatum flowers open from April 29, May 29, the flowers open 30d, the flowering period is from May 8 to May 15. June 10 field fruit, is basically ripe fruit to October 10, the fruit of 4 to 5 months. 2. The Huang Jing plant bud amount of up to about 200 the highest plant of up to 360, per plant spent an average of up to about 180, 300 of the maximum amount of flowers per plant, but the Huang Jing falling serious, fruit, fruit single final strain 60, no shade the Huang Jing falling, the fruit drop shade Polygonatum more, to Huang Jing planted must take certain shade. The fine yellow shade setting rate of 32.31%, which was 10.26% of fruit ripening, fruit drop rate of 68.25%; shade Huang Jing seed setting rate of 29.41%, fruit ripening rate of 5.29%, fruit drop rate of 82.00%. 3. Huang Jing before flowering 5h after flowering 5h, shade and shade Huang Jing pollen viability above 80%, 7h flower pollen viability slowly dispersed, 10h when pollen viability becomes very low. The Polygonatum natural setting rate of 36.33%, spontaneous self-pollination rate of 33.67%. The test measured under natural conditions, cross-pollinated seed setting rate of 2.33%. The same strain flowers dioecious flowers the artificial pollination seed setting rate of 7.67% and 6.33%, respectively, were lower than the spontaneous self-pollination rate. Huang Jing pollination to self-pollination. Huang Jing leaves at different temperatures, keeping the two-spotted spider mite eggs developmental threshold temperature to 8.28 ° C, the effective temperature of the eggs of 59.86 d · ° C, 35 ° C when the rate of egg development developmental duration of the shortest and fastest ; larva developmental threshold temperature, effective accumulated temperature 23.28d ° C to 16.18 ° C to 32 ° C when the larva of the fastest developmental rate of 30 to 35 ° C when the developmental duration of the shortest; nymph developmental threshold temperature to 14.34 ° C, The effective accumulated 24.05d ° C, 35 ° C when the mite developmental rate of the fastest; generation developmental threshold temperature to 11.29 ° C the effective accumulated 115.96d ° C, 35 ° C when the generation of the fastest developmental rate and developmental duration of the shortest. 40 ° C is not suitable for the two-spotted spider mites survive.
