Abstract


With the community’s environmental awareness is growing, e-waste problem in urgent need of treatment. The EPR system proposed and developed, as well as Europe, America, Japan and other country-specific implementation, but also for the recycling of obsolete electronic products deal with the problem provides the necessary means.As used appliance market in China is extremely non-standard, in our implementation of the EPR system used by the home appliance market of used appliances constraints of the reverse supply chain parties.Only reasonable and effective government policies and regulations introduced to the leading manufacturers of used appliances reverse supply chain network to be established, reverse supply chain parties can cooperate with each other to regulate the recycling of used appliances network.The paper mainly used by consumer electronics market in China to simplify the structure, the first game by the Government through the electronics market in the legitimate business of the policy, then the implementation of EPR systems in order to better the government needs to further non-standard waste household appliances market supervision made by non-standard market regulation recycling network of waste household appliances can be eliminated, and thus regulate waste household appliances market.Finally, the market in Shenzhen City, discarded appliances, as well as with China in recent years the market for used household appliances in China’s economic policy, how to calculate the further implementation of Shenzhen, discarded appliances to regulate the market economic policies, Shenzhen, used household appliances market.
