Objective: To understand Lanzhou 2008-2009 four common diarrhea virus epidemiological characteristics for the prevention and treatment of viral diarrhea and provide scientific basis. Learn Lanzhou Aichi virus prevalence and its relationship with infantile diarrhea disease association. Methods: July 1,2008 to June 2009, a total of Pediatrics, First Hospital of Lanzhou University, collected 345 children with diarrhea and 89 cases of normal infant's stool specimens, using Dako, ELISA kits detect group A rotavirus virus positive samples by nested polymerase chain reaction (Nested PCR) for strain typing identification; norovirus genotype G Ⅰ and G Ⅱ, Sapporo such as viruses, astrovirus, adenovirus, and B, C rotavirus using multiplex RT-PCR or PCR detection of positive samples were sequenced. 2, July 2008 to June 2009 the First Hospital of Lanzhou University, collected in 345 pediatric diarrhea and 89 cases of normal infant stool samples by RT-PCR fragment was amplified Aichi virus 3CD positive products were sequencing identified and compared with published sequences of the virus to compare and analyze. Results: July 1,2008 to June 2009 345 diarrhea stool specimens, 187 (54.2%) at least four kinds of viruses detected in one of them. Four kinds of virus detection positive rates were: 32.8% of rotavirus (113/345), calicivirus 14.5% (50/345), Astroviruses 5.2% (18/345), adenovirus, 5.5% (18/345 ). G serotypes of rotavirus is the most common serotype G3 (47.8%), followed by G2 serotype (19.5%); P genotyping results with P [8] genotype (44.2%) mainly. G serotypes and P genotypes in G3P [8] (31.0%) mainly. Calicivirus detection rate than in previous years (6.1%), genotyping showed that 50.0% belong Norovirus G Ⅱ / 4 genotype, and all for the 2006b subtype (2006 outbreak in the world since the major type). 18 cases of astrovirus infection in 13 cases of patients with serotype serotype 1,3 4,2 cases of serotype 2.19 cases of adenovirus infection belong adenovirus A, C, F three subgenera serotypes were is Ad41 (13 例), Ad31 (3 例), Ad40 (2 cases) and Adl (1 cases). Not found in group B and group C rotavirus. 19 cases (5.5%) for the two viruses mixed infection, including 7 cases of rotavirus mixed calicivirus, six cases of rotavirus mixed Astroviruses, three cases of rotavirus hybrid adenovirus, two cases of calicivirus Mixed Astroviruses. 89 cases of normal control group, were detected in one case of rotavirus, calicivirus four cases, one case of adenovirus, the popular types consistent with the control group. July 2,2008 to June 2009, 345 children with diarrhea in stool specimens were detected in two cases Aichivirus, total detection rate was 0.06%, the normal control children was not detected Aichi virus. 2 virus 3CD region genes with known reference strains nucleotide sequence homology of 97%, phylogenetic analysis showed that these two viruses belong to genotype B. Conclusion: The results showed that viral pathogens in infants with diarrhea occupy an important position, long-term monitoring is important. Although infant rotavirus is still the most important pathogenic viral diarrhea, but calicivirus growing importance. 2, the presence of genotype B Aichi virus, but it must be clear of Aichi virus etiological and epidemiological characteristics need further study.
