Abstract


Objective To understand the prevalence and related factors of Shenyang City , Liaoning Province , community residents hyperuricemia . The random survey of 675 of Shenyang City in some communities over the 19-year-old city resident resident , self-made questionnaire survey of the general condition , and physical examination and biochemical detection . Application SPSS13.0 software for statistical analysis . Results the Shenyang City Community residents hyperuricemia prevalence rate of 11.6% , the male residents prevalence in women ( 19.6% vs.3.8 % , P lt; 0.05 ) , prevalence of men in each age group so no significant sex differences in prevalence between women in each age group , there are no differences (P gt; 0.05). The hyperuricemia Group TG , DBP , BMI , WC were significantly higher than normal uric acid group , HDL -C levels significantly lower than normal uric acid group ( P lt; 0.05 ) . Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed OGTT2 hour glucose , overweight is an independent risk factor for hyperuricemia . Conclusion Shenyang City, the prevalence of hyperuricemia with other regions compared at a medium level , but closely related to the occurrence of a number of factors associated with hyperuricemia .
