Since reform and opening , China's absorption of foreign investment has made great achievements , as China's coastal provinces of Zhejiang , entry of foreign capital to promote the development of export trade in Zhejiang Province , with an annual increase of foreign direct investment , Zhejiang Province, the annual total exports is constantly expanding , at the same time , the export commodity structure is gradually optimized. So, the increase in foreign direct investment and export trade structure optimization , Zhejiang Province, between the existence of causal relationship ? If we can solve the problem, policies to attract investment in Zhejiang Province will play an active supporting role. In this paper, to fully understand the basis of existing literature , first using qualitative analysis methods , the use of statistics , Zhejiang Province, in the 1986-2008 time-series data , from the total amount of foreign direct investment , the development process of utilizing foreign capital , foreign direct investment, origin, industry structure , geographical distribution analysis of several aspects of the use of foreign capital , Zhejiang Province, the status and characteristics. Then in qualitative analysis , based on the use of quantitative methods , optimize the structure of export commodities around the center , systematic study of FDI in Zhejiang structure of export commodities , export commodity structure coefficient by constructing this variable , using cointegration Granger causality analysis and error correction model and other methods to obtain data on the empirical analysis . The results show that foreign direct investment and export commodity structure , Zhejiang Province, the long-term stable relationship between foreign direct investment can contribute to an increase in the export commodity structure , Zhejiang primary products to manufactured goods by a shift from a quantitative point of view which illustrates the relationship between the two . Finally, the empirical analysis based on the proposed use of foreign capital , Zhejiang how optimize the export structure of the relevant countermeasures. Including adjustments utilize foreign investment, the development of rational industrial policies to promote industrial structure adjustment, optimization and upgrading , and increase international competitiveness ; attract investment strategy to diversify and increase the intensity of the introduction of foreign investment ; improve the ability of independent innovation of domestic enterprises , enhance their export competitiveness ; adjust the export structure , promote economic restructuring and upgrading.
