Abstract

Gene association studies in traditional epidemiological widely associated analysis is to find an effective way to cause complex disease gene location . Gene association studies a lot of ways , for example , for the study of the unrelated individuals based association design has a strong effect , but these methods are not good crowd control stratification associated pedigree research based design have a great advantage in the control of population stratification , but as the development of modern science and technology , mankind could mark a gene locus gradually increased , even thousands . analysis of direct relevance of these markers , the efficacy is relatively low in recent years , Steen etal Tao Feng et al proposed multistep method of inspection of the correlation between the disease and genetic markers , the idea is the first step in screening for genetic markers , the second step , the genetic markers of the first step in the screening test left to do correlation test . the effectiveness of the method is higher than the traditional test of relevance . multistep in this paper, the inspection of the association between the disease and genetic markers , a new two-step method , and the first step in the screening test and the second correlation pedigrees creator of the information , are added in the inspection of stochastic simulation results show that in the case of having the correct first error rate , the efficacy of the test method we propose , a significant improvement of resistance .
