Abstract


In supply chain management under the impact of buyers and suppliers have the interests of the game from the traditional relationship gradually become interdependent partners. Supplier selection and procurement processes as supply chain management is an important part of the supply chain throughout the entire process , designed for enterprises to reduce production costs, reduce inventory, reduce the amount of funds used to improve the enterprise 's ability to respond better to fluctuations in demand for the competitiveness of enterprises to create a new order to ensure that enterprises in the fast changing market in a good position . This paper starts from the supply chain management , supply chain management focuses on combing the supplier management and procurement management . To WSD company as a case, first introduced the industry background , the basic situation of enterprise development , including internal environmental analysis . Then focus on analysis of the WSD status of procurement management company by WSD company's value chain and cost structure analysis , the idea of ??a supplier and procurement processes in WSD 's important position. Finally , to improve the competitiveness of companies WSD , strengthen the company's materials procurement management , supplier management for the company and the problems in the procurement process , this paper, the theory of supply chain management , supply chain management under the proposed supplier management and procurement strategies process optimization measures: criteria for supplier selection , evaluation system and ways to strengthen partnerships with suppliers and other aspects put forward new ideas ; ASME analysis method using the company's traditional procurement processes, its complex work steps to analyze and simplify proposed procurement process optimization methods and strategies .
