Abstract


Enterprise group own’s prosperity and decline success or failure to a large extent by enterprise management and the influence of financial control system, as is the enterprise group management is an important part of enterprise group, if it is right for the implementation of scientific and effective demand, whether the financial control of enterprise group, mode of development to have the significant influence. Therefore for enterprise group financial control model research and evaluation, and establish a scientific, reasonable and effective financial control of enterprise group mode is very necessary.Based on the financial control system of Hong Kong meiling lynch for case study analysis company financial control the possible presence of inadequacy, and puts forward several Suggestions on improving the company’s financial control system some measures. From the group company financial control system theory analysis, analyzed the advantages and disadvantages of three different modes and the group company’s financial control mode influence factor, with specific cases - Hong Kong meiling lynch group company, according to the specific condition, puts forward the improved advice and on this basis, it is concluded that the implementation of the new financial control system measures. In the research methods, this paper mainly uses the theory, based on the actual research group company’s financial control system theory, financial control of enterprise group of influencing factors of the exposition and analysis, and according to enterprise’s actual situation, this paper proposes some new Hong Kong meiling lynch financial management model, and based on this, it is concluded that the implementation of the new financial control system of general measures.
