Family business as an ancient form of business organization in the world play an important role. After thirty years of reform and opening up, China's private economy has become an important component of the socialist market economy part, occupies an important position in the economic field. Family management is the management of private enterprises in the most distinctive features, therefore, the development of family businesses on China's economy has made outstanding contributions. At present, China's first family business has entered the peak period of the transfer inheritance. However, the \Therefore, this article on family business succession analysis and study, has important theoretical and practical significance. Article comparative and empirical analysis of case method, from the horizontal and vertical dimensions of family business succession dimensional analysis. First, look at the development of national family business process, from the social and cultural background and enterprise development environment, this paper analyzes the factors that affect the family business tradition. And through case comparison method, the USA, Japan, China of five typical family business tradition for system analysis, to explore the heritage characteristics of the process and the heritage of Chinese family business inspiration.
