Abstract


Social support theory analysis framework for the study of the gender perspective , the use of participant observation , depth interviews, focus groups , literature , social research methods , women in post-disaster the 5.12 quake-hit areas X Village Social Support . In the disaster four major life turning point of the basis of summed up the experience of rural women , describes the status of the four stages of social support for rural women . And further from the the official social support and informal social support two general disaster of rural women in the form of social support and features . Study found that : The earthquake brought a lot of pressure for rural women , while they have access to a variety of formal and informal social support , which support the policy of the government , NGO professional support and a variety of informal social support is a disaster area rural women's access to the main form of social support , they spent on disaster rural women living in difficult plays an important role . And outlines three characteristics of the post-disaster social support rural women : government policy support played an important role but is not yet perfect ; played an important role in the post-disaster lives of women in the informal social support but the final significant fragile ; NGO specialized support played an important role but is still a lack of a system to protect supplementary force for the reconstruction . Finally , the author proposes to construct a preliminary idea of the disaster rural women's social support model . Including government policy support professional model and NGO support model , the model of government policy support , the main constituent elements are divided into elements enhance and missing elements , specific elements of social support from the five aspects of systems analysis ; NGO professional support model , modeling , from the implementation of social policy , carry out community work and participation in the development of social policy three angles .
