Abstract


Rural issues, is always been of great importance to the party and government, which has led many scholars to explore and research, for rural development related to the overall economic and social development, related to the modernization process of our entire country, we need to focus on solving the problem. From a historical point of view, China’s rural governance has gone through several stages of development, and has played its due role in the particular period.In the new period, issues of agriculture, farmer and rural area is still difficult, various contradictions and problems have become increasingly prominent in rural areas, and rural governance can’t suit for real requirements, so how to explore a model of rural governance in line with the reality of our country and the times has become a real issue. The main problem of rural governance in our country is that the governance bodies are not synchronized, coordinated, and can not form a cohesive force, which will affect the comprehensive development of rural areas. Synergetics provides an important theoretical basis to address this issue, for synergetics is a collaborative scientific research.In this paper, we analyze the evolution of models of rural governance in the history, and explore the model of rural governance on the basis of township government and farmer organization in the Perspective of synergetics, propose multi-subject " collaborative governance" as new ideas and models of rural governance, so furnishes a theoretical and practical way to solve the issues of agriculture, farmer and rural area.
