Abstract


Vocational skills training is very important for practitioners, Especially for people with disabilities。This article by reading the relevant literature, In-depth disability community, street, family and training institutions, carry out interviews and questionnaire survey for the disabled and people with disabilities served by counties, a more comprehensive and in-depth analysis of the status of vocational skills training of persons with disabilities in the Shanghai Jiading District, Combined with research some of the problems identified during the course, Proposed the proposal which improve vocational skills training for people with disabilities, And absorb favorable factors in the process of people with disabilities vocational skill training, hope to provide reference to other parts of the vocational skill training of people with disabilities。The first section discussed the relevant theories of Vocational skills training of persons with disabilities, As well as the predecessors for this subject-related research, Primarily from the research of psychological and quality of life of persons with disabilities, research of Civil rights and social welfare, research of Policy, legislation and employment conditions and status of the investigation and described the response management to people with disabilities and other aspects。The second part of the article, Mainly for description of research methods, Mainly includes deal with the questionnaire and interview outline.The third part of the article is to study some of the major results and analysis, The results show that, People with disabilities Are more satisfied to the city, county training institutions in the quality of training, management and the service levels,give the positive, positive evaluation of training; In access to training information and participation in frequency of training were shortage, Their understanding of the relationship between training and employment deviations, Many of the people with disabilities question the targeted of training program, The quality of vocational skills training for people with disabilities and their own level of physical factors that affect the main reason for them to participate in the training; at present the most urgent training demand for disabled person is computer’s curriculum, The management curriculum also has certain demand; in Jiading District, Employment section of age were more than the number of employed persons with disabilities, Plans to train was a small numbe, the Ratio of Employment section of age participate in the training segment is not high。The fourth part of the article is mainly to make some suggestions and countermeasures for vocational skills training for persons with disabilities, Mainly from the macro, meso and micro levels of three to discuss, on how to make recommendations and countermeasures to do a better job skills training for People with disabilities。
