Abstract


The polymorphic loci distribution characteristics by analyzing the IGF-1 gene of the general population of northern China Han and outstanding weightlifter CA microsatellite of polymorphic loci ACTN3 gene C1747T polymorphic loci, CNTF gene G1357A polymorphic loci and CKMM gene NcoI our Northern Han the outstanding weightlifter DNA library, explore weightlifter selection using molecular markers. 206 normal control group, 94 outstanding weightlifter group. The GeneScan analysis groups IGF-1 gene CA microsatellite polymorphic loci distribution characteristics. PCR-RFLP analysis groups ACTN3 gene C1747T polymorphic loci, the polymorphic loci distribution the CNTF gene G1357A polymorphic loci and CKMM gene NcoI characteristics. X 2 test was used to compare between the two groups, a significant level were: 0.01, 0.05 and 0.1. IGF-1 gene CA microsatellite polymorphic loci in the athlete group genotype frequencies: LL: 40%, LS: 45% SS: 15% of the control group genotype frequencies LL: 10% LS: 58% and SS: 32%. Outstanding weightlifter carrying the LL genotype and L allele was significantly more than the normal control group (p lt; 0.001). ACTN3 gene C1747T polymorphic loci in the genotype frequencies of the athletes group CC: 47%, TC: 38% and TT: 15%, control group genotype frequencies of CC: 31%, TC: 51% and TT: 18% . Outstanding weightlifter carrying the CC genotype and C allele was significantly more than the normal control group (p lt; 0.05). The CNTF gene G1357A polymorphic loci athletes group genotype frequencies of GG: 82%, GA: 15% and AA: 3% of the control group genotype frequencies of GG: 71%, GA: 27% and AA: 2% . Excellent weightlifting athletes carry the GG genotype critical significantly more than the normal control group, female athletes carrying the GG genotype was significantly more than the female general population control group. A CKMM gene NcoI polymorphic loci GG genotype frequencies in the athlete group: 3%, GA: 30% From: 67% of the control group genotype frequency of GG: 2%, GA: 23% and AA: 75 %. Outstanding weightlifter group genotype distribution and no significant difference in the genotype distribution of the control group and the general population. LL genotype of the IGF-1 gene CA microsatellite polymorphic loci, the ACTN3 gene polymorphic loci C1747T CC genotype as northern China Han outstanding lifters selection of molecular markers; of CNTF gene G1357A polymorphic loci GG genotype as northern China Han excellent weightlifting athletes (especially female weightlifter) selection marker may need to increase the sample validation. NcoI polymorphic loci CKMM gene Elite Weightlifters in northern China Han can not be used as selection markers.
