Abstract

Community Sports Club is the urban community residents under a common purpose and interest in voluntarily formed to a specific area sports facilities rely on regular sports activities, and belong to the streets of the public welfare office or community committees, mass sports organization. Effective integration of community sports resources, comply with building a moderately prosperous society in sports development requirements to meet the aspirations of community residents growing demand for sports fitness, the State Sports General Administration beginning in 2004 will be in some provinces (autonomous regions, municipalities) and the related units to create a community sports clubs. Beijing national community sports clubs, fitness activities for community residents to provide a venue and coaches, thereby promoting the exchange of community residents, to create conditions for the establishment of a harmonious society.In this study used the method of literature, questionnaire, interview, mathematical statistics research methods, and study object is that Beijing’s national community sports clubs that exist in the operation of the main problems and countermeasures thinking. Research tasks based on the need to bridge the Community Sports Club, Beijing, Maple fitness, fitness and Haokang fitness four national status of the operation of community sports clubs for the investigation. Designed by Beijing four community sports clubs operating environment, operation conditions, venues and facilities, and organization, team-building and financial management, analysis and operations for the club some of the major issues in the strategic recommendations. To Beijing, the national sustainable development of community sports clubs to provide theoretical reference.After this serious national community sports clubs for the Beijing operation of the main problems to summarize and analyze the following conclusions:1. The state has adopted national policy support to promote community sports clubs, Beijing (?)ational Community Sports Club is to create together in accordance with state regulations aimed at promoting fitness.2. Director of National Community Sports Club, the main system and the Board of Trustees adopted the system of facilities is relatively complete, the activities of the project rich, poor availability of funds, other sources of funding less.3. National Community Sports Club members, more men than women, all age stages of the balance, the higher education and fitness programs to the highest swimming, fitness in order to enhance physical fitness and shaping the main body, members make more use of geographical factors select a sports clubs. The club members have higher satisfaction.4. In government asbect:First, is the government’s national community sports clubs lack of emphasis, the state organization for community sports clubs is not clearly defined the nature of the government use of funds for community sports clubs and management and supervision. Secondly, in the Government’s actual support, the government has organized the exchange of experience between the activities of the club less government-led organizations in the community related to mass sports clubs such as the lack of a national event.5. Beijing national community sports club have their own development planning and organization building, because of its organization and management systems related to the imperfections and the associated high-level sports consumer market, the relative shortage of management talent, resulting in the club in the market and inadequate efforts to develop affecting the national community sports clubs, Beijing sustainable development.
