Abstract


Many enterprise managers believe that enterprise quality can be embodied in employee’s job satisfaction, and an all-staff-like boss, is a successful leader.Because the increase of job satisfaction, can improve their work enthusiasm, reduce the loss of talented people, and then enhance the enterprise’s performance and competitiveness. Therefore,most businesses take it seriously to improve employees’ job satisfaction, and regularly do investigations for it.By these surveys, they are hoping to enhance the enterprise’s performance and attracting employees to work hard.In the current study, the domestic and foreign experts and scholars are trying to find out that there are direct correlations between employees’ job satisfaction and their work performance.But studies, so far, still can’t find convincing evidence to prove this argument.Instead, in practice, some entrepreneurs reached such a conclusion: "the efforts in order to improve employees’ job satisfaction will make opposite effect on the enterprise’s performance." These entrepreneurs don’t think there is direct relationship between employees’ job satisfaction and their work performance.What relation, on earth, exists between these two factors? This problem is worth to be further studied.IT industry is intelligence intensive.For an IT enterprise, talent is the necessary factor for success, and is indispensable into production elements.In IT industry, the staff is a powerful carrier of technical knowledge.Their job satisfaction will directly influence their behavior, thus influence their work performance.Therefore, in the IT industry, there are more apparent relationship between job satisfaction and performance of working.Thus, what is the condition at present and the relationship between the two factors? How to enhance job satisfaction and work performance? These are issues that current IT enterprise’s managements need to resolve.This study is aimed to solve the above questions.Through this research, I’m hoping to help IT enterprise’s managers setting some policies to incentive and attract employees,to improve making employee’s job satisfaction and the work performance.
