Abstract


In today's highly competitive era of knowledge economy, the full implementation of quality education, improve the quality of education has become the fundamental responsibility. Primary language basic tools as the quality of education in the discipline, should assume the historical mission of high-quality personnel to train new century. With the deepening of the new curriculum reform of basic education, primary language classroom, the dominant position of students mentioned a very high position, the status and role of teachers has changed significantly. The practice of teaching reform of basic education, teacher-led and student body are not contradictory, harmony and unity.
