Abstract


The increasing number of the current number of private kindergartens , the number gradually over public kindergartens , plays an important role in early childhood education in the country . Their development and the quality of education is not only related to a thousand physical and mental health of children , related to the development of early childhood education in China . And private kindergarten and teaching quality is not the same as the product quality , and can be fully ensured through the stimulation of competition in the market and improve education authorities , that the management of the educational administrative institutions monitoring and promoting . Therefore , the study of the management of the private kindergarten education administrative agencies , to find out where the problems and causes , and proposed improved countermeasures to promote education administrative agencies in China to improve on the level of private kindergarten , as well as to ensure the quality of private kindergartens and teaching important the move . This study used qualitative research methods , starting with education administrative bodies start to manage the day-to-day work of the private kindergarten analysis found that the management of the education administrative bodies is blind , resulting in some of the management aspects of the private kindergarten without help . Then examine the performance of the private kindergarten in education administration institutions to manage the process from the point of view of the private kindergarten , found private kindergarten activities are basically in a \\Next, take advantage of the exchange theory in sociology to explain helpless reasons and private kindergarten education administrative agencies in the management of why unwilling to cooperate education administrative institutions . Finally, the corresponding countermeasures for the education administrative agencies how to improve the management of the private kindergarten , want to be able to provide some inspiration for educational administrative institutions to manage the work of the private kindergarten .
