Abstract


As an important part of Marxism, Human All-round Development is the ideal of Karl Marx target of the future society. Fundamentally, this theory is man’s survival and development of ultimate concern. The main contents include people class nature and human subjectivity of value fully realized, people ability and potential’s all-round development, the person’s individual character’s full development, etc.Modern human resources management is in pursuit of the balance development between enterprise and human. With the development of the human being as centre is the inevitable requirement of the development of era. With the rapid development of economy , the pursuit of person’s all-round development is also more broad. The improvement of enterprise human resources management base on the Marxist Theory of Human All-round Development can effectively improve production efficiency, promote enterprise and the whole social health harmonious development.Too much emphasis on enterprise development and ignore the employees’ personal all-round development is the main characteristics of the enterprise management. People become subservient to the development of the enterprise. This leads to people’s initiative is difficult to play. by the guidance of the Marxist theory of human’s all-round development, how to improve the enterprise human resources management to Realize enterprise nice and fast development is an important problem urgently to be solved.Founded in 2007, the oil and gas exploration company of the Yanchang is the subordinate branch of Shanxi Yanchang oil group limited liability company. Since its establishment, the company has formed unique management system and group organization framework, and in the management concept of human resources, salary management, development training, performance assessment show more outstanding achievements.But the enterprise human resources management still exist many problem, such as employment mechanism and incentive mechanism is imperfect, human resources development and training lacking of systematic, performance assessment management no systemization , etc. To this, should with Marxist theory of human’s all-round development as the instruction, perfect the human resource employment mechanism, establish people-oriented incentive mechanism, strengthening human resources development and training system, perfect the human resource performance evaluation system, realize Win-win situation of enterprises and human all-round development.
