Abstract


Currently, the face of profound changes in the market environment, enterprises have to introduce advanced management ideas and technology to support product development, so the parallel development thinking in product development has been widely used. In parallel mechanism ideologically developed collaborative product development model has also been an increasing number of manufacturing enterprises to adopt. In the collaborative product development process, the upstream development activities prior to the release of information in the end of the event, and passed to the downstream development activities to activate downstream development activities. Since the release of the upstream development activities, incomplete information, and downstream development activities and the use of development activities upstream release incomplete information, development activities had to be more frequent between the exchange of information and iteration, resulting in duplication of development activities generate more costs .
