Abstract


With the outbreak of the subprime mortgage crisis triggered by the global financial crisis , the world economy is a chain reaction , a domino effect , the stock market , the amplitude of the housing market , not a small rise in the prices of raw materials , food supply is increasingly tight , the global economy is facing unprecedented challenges . China 's economy as part of the world economy is experiencing a severe test of the financial crisis . SME growth point of China's national economic development and stability of China's social development , effectively solve the problem of employment and re-employment , but also an important carrier of the national technology innovation is an important force in China's economic reform . However, a historic problems facing the front of small and medium - sized enterprises . Especially in the global financial crisis , China's small and medium enterprises production and management more difficult , difficulty in financing , loans, guarantees difficult issues become more prominent , a large portion of small and medium enterprises are facing difficulties funding strand breaks or even bankruptcy . Existing financing environment with the hope that there is a wide gap , we must find a new breakthrough to effectively address this financing difficulties .
