Abstract

In the real life, enterprises have acted the main role in the environment question.On the one hand,they use the advanced technology,gain the high quota from the natural resource;on the other hand,they create the social environment damage,pollute the air and the water seriously,threaten the public health and safety,bring huge harm for the society as well as the environment.There are two reasons for the problem:first,enterprises lack of the recognition of environment social responsibility;second,there are not enough regulations and systems.“Society is based on the enterprises,enterprises are composed of society”,enterprises as the main polluters of the environment,have the responsibility to use resources rationally and protection of the environment reasonablily.However, the relationship of environmental protection、sustainable development and the profit of enterprise like a triangle,each at the top of corner,they effect each other all the times and conditioned unity of opposites.So which side of the“perspective”is too large, the other two sides“point”will corresponding reduce.So when requiring enterprises to propect the environmental,we must give enough consideration of how to best mobilize enterprises in theirs production and operation initiation.This paper,besides introduction and conclusion,is divided into five parts,a total of three million words.The first part,the content of enterprise’s environment social responsibility .This part based on theoretical analysis,in accordance with the order of social responsibility- enterprise’s social responsibility-enterprise’s environment social responsibility,discusses the concept and characteristic of them.Meanwhile, analyze the origin, development of enterprise’s environment social responsibility.The second part,the main basis of enterprise’s environment social responsibility. Enterprise’s environment social responsibility is divided into theoretical basis and practical basis. In theory,we can use economics、ethics and the legal analysis to demonstration that enterprise have the responsibility to propect the environment.Reality,enterprises have the responsibility to propect the environment is a way to build harmonious society and relieve environmental crises. Enterprise aslo can get long-term development, access to brand, take more initiative in the fierce competition in the future. The third part,the paths and obstacles of enterprise’s environment social responsibility. Enterprise’s environment social responsibility primarily through legal and ethical two ways to implement. Enterprise’s environment social responsibility based on legal’s coercive power to achieved can be called statutory duty.Enterprise’s environment social responsibility based on moral and ethical can be called morality duty,which relying on enterprises to take initiative consciously.The major obstacles of these two paths is:lack of legal system, lack of powerfull supervision of enterprises, the punishment system is not perfect and values missing.The fourth part, a few suggestions of improving enterprise’s environment social responsibility. First of all, enterprise’s environment social responsibility should be made clear on several basic principles: the principle of sustainable development、the principle of fully dynamic regulation、the principle of differential treatment for differential enterprises and the principle of strict moderation;Second, improving enterprise’s environment social responsibility regulatory system,that means force“unified management”and straighten out the“three relationships”.Finally, put forward some advises on how to modify enterprise’s environment social responsibility in our country.
