Abstract


Coal is the main foundation energy and raw materials in China. It has an important strategic position in the national economy of China. In recent years, coal industry had a rapid development, but overall the economic growth was extensive pattern. It still faced lots of problems, such as the low industrial centralization, market instability, low technology level, weak safety foundation, wasting of resources, backward environment management and so on. In order to reverse this situation, the government made a series of policy in building the large-scale coal enterprises, encouraged and guided the reorganization. Following these policy, the major coal-producing provinces and area had lifted the wave of coal enterprises restructuring. However, it was not sure that the restructured coal enterprises can achieve the desired effect. The government, enterprises and academic was concerned the problem of How to scientifically analysis the reorganization performance. Therefore, the thesis studied the restructure performance of coal enterprise, which had important theoretical and practical significance.On the base of the enterprises performance and reorganization performance literature in domestic and abroad, by using the analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive the paper researched the reorginazation performance system in coal enterprises and the evaluation method. The major research work and results are as follows:(1) On the base of restructure performance theory, it aimed the particularity of coal mining enterprises and put forward the ideology and principle in construction of the reorganization performance of coal mining enterprises. By using index original selection and optimization method, the paper constructed the reorginazation performance system in coal enterprises. (2) According to the reorganization performance index system of coal mining enterprises, it used analytic hierarchy process to determine the weights of evaluation indexes, and used fuzzy comprehensive evaluation to construe the evaluation model.(3) As an example of Shenhua Ningxia coal mining group reorganization, it applied the reorganization performance system of coal mining enterprises, and evaluated the enterprises group reorganization performance.
