Abstract


With the continuous development of market economy , the social division of labor is becoming more refined , and advances in information technology has greatly promoted the business management concepts and to change the way . Potentially huge demand for the rapid development of logistics and logistics services , and promote the continuous development of third-party logistics enterprises , fleeting market opportunities , the enterprise needs a rapid response capability , also outsourcing opportunity for development , more and the more industrial enterprises, commercial enterprises tend to outsource logistics business in order to achieve the purpose of the integration of resources to enhance their core competitiveness . Large industrial enterprises due to the characteristics of \Outsourced logistics services to large industrial enterprises for the study , research and explore the problem of large-scale industrial enterprises logistics outsourcing decision-making , how to choose large industrial enterprises outsourced logistics business logistics providers , large industrial enterprises, the risks arising from outsourcing logistics business how early warning and prevention . This article uses a combination of qualitative and quantitative research methods, the first qualitative research methods to explore large-scale industrial enterprises , in reference to the relevant literature on the basis of how decisions are outsourced logistics services , and logistics outsourcing decision - making model is discussed and improved . Second , by means of quantitative research , the establishment of evaluation index system, how to select the optimal logistics providers triangular fuzzy number model of large industrial enterprises , and an example is given to demonstrate operability . Finally, explore the impact of logistics outsourcing risk factors through qualitative research , the establishment of the risk early warning evaluation system , constructed risk assessment system through quantitative research on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model the values ??of risk prevention and risk management solutions and taken to the targeted measures . The results of this study contribute to large industrial enterprises to solve how decisions are the outsourcing of the logistics business , how to choose the best logistics provider , outsourcing risk early warning and how to guard against the risk of outsourcing .
