Abstract


Since China’s accession to WTO, the domestic petrochemical products market increasingly open, increasingly competitive, has gradually formed large state-owned enterprises, multinational chemical companies and private enterprises coexist diversified market. As the China National Petroleum Corporation in the sale of subsidiary---Petrochina Northwest Chemicals & Marketing Company in Northwest, the face of market resources in Northwest diversified chemical products, competition, diversification and market-oriented price mechanism grim reality of the environment, company’s traditional marketing channels of petrochemical products are great challenges, and effective marketing channel management has become the company was an important condition for long-term competitive advantage. Especially in the realistic operation of channel management, channel conflict management worries are the problems of marketing, how to prevent and effectively resolve channel conflict, the company needed to address important management issues.In this paper, literature research, empirical research methods combined to study the chemical sales company in Northwest China’s petroleum marketing and distribution of polypropylene conflict. By utilizing the theories related to channel management, channel on the company’s polypropylene depth analysis of conflict, that the cause of these problems. On this basis, put forward proposals to resolve the conflict:through the formation of channel conflict management mechanism, the establishment of partner marketing channel strategy, rational use of channel power for the overall Solutions, Northwest China’s oil marketing companies Huagong polypropylene channel conflict gives coping strategies. I hope the proposal can effectively solve the China Petroleum and Chemical Sales Company in Northwest channel conflict exists.
