Abstract


With 20 years of development, the Chinese stock market has now become world’s third hugest market, with more than 1600 listed companies. But in comparison to foreign markets, Chinese stock market is still far from maturity in terms of trading mechanism and valuation of listed companies. Sharp price fluctuation and high P/E ratio has made investment in Chinese market a rather tough job.Currently domestic research level for industries and listed companies is getting better, but most of the reports mainly focus on superficial performance of managerial and stock price while pay little attention to research of industry and valuation analysis. The essay will make a deeper analysis of Chinese listed companies according to the features of electronic industry as well as the performance of both management and stock price of listed electronic companies.The industry of electronic is quiet different from other industries in that it consists of large number of sub-sections and all these sections have different features. The essay gives a clear picture of Chinese electronic industry as well as its sub-sections and look forward to the future according to the current status and the data of Chinese electronic industry in recent years.The essay also picks our 57 representative companies and calculates their price and managerial data each month. With these date, the essay does the analysis of the history performance as well as the valuation level of listed electronic companies and gives investment advice.
