Abstract


Industrial structure is the basic and core part of regional economic structure, it becomes adjustable depends on the development of economy; its aim is to achieve optimization and upgrade. The inside rules are:main industry’s transformation, that is, along with the different stages, it is divided into three parts:primary industry、secondary industry and tertiary industry. The gradient transformation:one is to transfer to high profitable industry, the other is to low price industry.Although regional economy in Hulun Buir is in the relative low level, it has the solid foundation; the traditional planting industry and husbandry together form the basic composition of industrial structure. But due to unreasonable layout, the pace of economic development in Hulun Buir has always been encountered bottleneck. So according to the rules, the top priority in Hulun Buir is to achieve the optimization and upgrade in economic structure.This essay contains Western Regional Economic and Industrial Structure Theory and important findings given by the well-known experts. It analyses the industrial structure on the basis of evolution, adjustment development mode and the current situation. It also offers you an outlook of upgrade methods and approaches, which will serves as the basis of regional economic improvement and critical decision adjustment.
