Abstract


Social network analysis for decades rapidly developed a new method or field of study, has been widely applied to sociology, economics, organization and management, anthropology, mass communication, epidemic prevention and control, and many other fields. From a network perspective to analyze and study various socio-economic image is considered to be an important social research new ideas and perspectives, we can say all social phenomena can be designed to reveal the basic social structures better research methods. This paper aims to analyze from the perspective of the network of rural labor flow during the formation of the causes and characteristics of various phenomena, mainly discusses the different types of social support network structure on the impact of labor mobility, combined with the idea of ??self-organized criticality to interpret and analyze labor mobility causes and characteristics. Most of the previous government from economic fluctuations and external factors such as employment policy, labor mobility decision theory and methods, this paper from a network perspective and the perspective of self-organized criticality to analyze this problem, internal factors to emphasize the employment groups job mobility of its role, so as labor mobility study provides new perspective. In this paper, in order to cellular automata technical basis of the traditional two-dimensional BTW sandpile model for the prototype was constructed based on several different network topologies under labor mobility models, respectively, by means of numerical simulation of the dynamic behavior of several models of these comprehensive study comparing the one hand, the model reveals the dynamical behavior of these self-organization, that even if there is only a slight external interference within the system can spontaneously form a variety of scale and intensity of the volatility, it also proved dynamical behavior of the model to its network structure has a certain sensitivity that is on a different network structure, the interaction between individuals in different ways, and thus fluctuations within groups affect the behavior. This article seeks to analyze the above conclusions to the problem of rural labor flow up, combined with its own characteristics of migrant workers as well as my industry, distribution patterns and other factors, analysis of China's migrant workers major categories of possible support network structure, discusses China's rural labor artificially high mobility causes of these basic conclusions must surely be our government and other relevant departments in the formulation of relevant policies and making decisions to provide a theoretical reference.
