Abstract


30 years ago, with the completion of the reform of the rural economy, the household contract responsibility system eventually established in China's vast rural areas. The establishment of the system greatly aroused the enthusiasm and creativity of the production of the majority of farmers. With the development of market economy and the strengthening of competition, the majority of farmers facing agricultural \Since then, the various types of cooperative economic organizations came into being, and gradually developed. International experience and national practice shows that the farmers' cooperative economic organizations have a significant role in the economic and social development, for governments at all levels have attached great importance to the development of cooperative organizations. But because of China's farmers cooperative economic organizations still in the creation of an early stage of development, and government intervention in the farmers' cooperative economic organization shorter, therefore, to promote the development of rural cooperative economic organizations in their behavior inevitably there is a deviation. This article is the analysis of government conduct cooperation in the development of economic organizations of farmers, to identify the problems which exist to regulate government behavior, which create favorable support for the healthy and rapid development of the farmers' cooperative economic organizations. This article is mainly composed of three parts, namely, the introductory part of the first chapter, the second to the sixth chapter of the main part of the concluding part of Chapter VII. Introduction The first part introduces article writing background, meaning and purpose, relevant overview of the theory, and the establishment of research ideas and research methods. The second chapter to the sixth chapter of the main part of the article. Among them, the second chapter cooperative economic organizations of farmers and government actions related to the definition of the concept and theory introduced. And the third to the fifth chapter is one of the key part of this article. This part first describes the behavior of the government in the development of the Western developed countries, agricultural SCO, then discusses the contents of the acts of the government in the development of China's rural cooperative organizations, the problems, as well as specific measures for improvement. Chapter VI is the full text of another focus of this chapter is based on previous theoretical discourse, from an empirical point of view, specific analysis of Nanchang, the behavior of the local governments in the development of rural cooperative economic organizations performance, and its problems, and eventually raised recommended a policy to promote the development of rural cooperative economic organizations of the region.
