Abstract


Farmers’ income is the purpose and foothold of the development of the agricultural industrialization. Farmers’ professional co-operatives is representative of the interests of farmers and carrier of realizing farmers benefiting under the industrialization of agriculture. Inspired by the theory of industrial smiling curve, this article with the angle of industy chain anlyzes that farmers must prompt the value of agricultural industry chain link, especially circulation propulsion, if they want to truly achieve the sustainable increase income. Farmers’ professional co-operatives is the effective carrier of realizing the industrial chain to peasant households downstream. There are five parts of the article:The first part is the introduction. This part mainly introduces the background and significance of the topic, the innovation and shortcomings, and the research status of farmers’ professional co-operatives at home and abroad.The second part is the theoretical basis of this paper. The main contents include: according to the transaction costs theory, the farmers’ professional co-operatives is an important carrier of present agricultural production and peasants’ income; From the productivity and production relations, the farmers’ professional co-operatives is a perfect basic system for rural operations needs; According to industry smiling curve theory, under the perspective of agricultural industry chain, I put forward new development direction of farmers’ professional co-operatives.The third part is the experience and enlightenment of foreign farmers’co-operatives development. Analyzing on the examples of American co-operatives and Japanese comprehensive’s peasants association and Dutch farmers’depiction of a complexes, and this part summarizes up the reference and enlightenment of China’s farmers’ professional co-operatives development.The fourth part is the focus of this paper, under the agricultural industrial chain, this part analyzes the development path of farmers’ professional co-operatives. Main contents: analyzing our country farmers’ professional co-operatives development situation; analysis and evaluation the existing farmers’ professional co-operatives development path; analyzing the existing problems and causes of the farmers’ professional co-operatives development. The last part is perfect our country farmers’ professional co-operatives development countermeasures. Through the analysis of the third part, it concludes the perspective of farmers’ professional co-operatives under our country industry chain, and according to the different development level of the agricultural industrialization, it puts forward the development of farmers’ professional co-operatives path. From the aspects of legal protection, fiscal support, land circulation, talent training, this part brings forward the development countermeasures of farmers’ professional co-operatives.
