Abstract

CO as one of the major pollutants in the atmosphere , and its oxidation to eliminate all aspects of the industry , environmental protection, military and human life has important practical significance . In this paper, the deposition-precipitation method and microwave were prepared by a series of supported gold catalysts Au/Ce1-xZrxO2 investigated the catalytic activity in the CO oxidation reaction , combined with the XRD , BET specific surface area , Raman , H2 - TPR and TEM and other means were used to characterize the structure of the catalysts , and associated with the catalytic performance . Deposition of catalysts prepared by precipitation , investigated carrier preparation method ( preparation conditions ) , the carrier structure and carrier - doped catalyst performance . Characterization results show that the sol-gel method by adding a surfactant PEG- 20000 , petroleum ether can be prepared having larger than the surface area of the cubic phase a CE1 - xZrxO2 vector ; SR of doping increases the amount of the carrier surface oxygen vacancy and specific surface area . In addition, the paper also studied the impact of the gold loading , calcination atmosphere , calcination temperature and time on the catalytic activity . Using this method and calcined at 400 ℃ for 3 h under CO atmosphere can be prepared to get gold particle size of 3-7 nm range Au/Ce1-xZrxO2 catalyst , in 45 ° C to CO Oxidation . Nanoscale gold particles with carrier interaction and high degree of dispersion on the surface of the catalyst is the reason for having a good activity . Microwave method, step synthesis Au/Ce1-xZrxO2 of catalyst , and the effects of microwave power in the preparation process , PEG dosage , calcination temperature , precipitation of the gold particles and gold loading factors such as the impact on the catalytic activity . During the preparation of PEG was added as a microwave absorber taken of precipitation (SP) precipitation gold, gold particle size 4.2 nm or so , considerable gold catalyst activity and deposition precipitation method by microwave irradiation , can be obtained after the calcination treatment . Uniformly dispersed in the surface of the carrier , and having a large surface area of ??the catalyst prepared in gold nanoparticles having good activity . The method is simple preparation method , short reaction time and environment-friendly compared with the deposition precipitation method wears .
