Abstract


With the help of data envelopment analysis (DEA), the use of employees , fixed assets investment and GDP three index measures economic efficiency in Xinjiang in 1992 - 2008 . On this basis , in accordance with the scientific and technological input indicators - the number of scientific and technological activities and funding for technology development of large and medium-sized enterprises , the output indicators - patent grants and technical market turnover select four technological innovation indicators , cointegration test method Xinjiang technological innovation and economic operation efficiency of the dynamic relationship between empirical research and econometric methods of error correction model and Granger causality test . Then analyze the test results , draw conclusions , and analyze the reasons for this phenomenon and conclusions . On this basis , combined with the actual situation of scientific and technological innovation and economic growth in Xinjiang , and put forward suggestions targeted , constructive and feasibility . Finally , from this research , identify problems , propose the related fields of research prospects , provide a reference for future research .
