Based on the basic national conditions of the rapid development of urbanization, population swarming the city and the relative scarcity of land resources, high-rise flats will become the main mode of urban dell. But, because of the large body,high-volume, high off the ground and other characteristics of the high-rise flats,resulting in a large area of the shadow, lack of privacy of the outdoor environment and so on,which these negative effects have occurred in large and medium cities. Currently, the rapid development of China’s high-rise housing , the lack of outdoor environment for high-rise flats landscape design of the study, more method and principles of landscape design based on the low-rise dwelling outdoor environments, resulting a lot of imperfections in the process of using outdoor environment landscape.This article is targeted at the real problem , the dynamic development, the depth current situation and issues of outdoor and abroad high-rise flats , studying and learnning mature thinking and successful experiences from the outdoor and abroad, from macro to micro, from theory to practice, combined with the logical sequence to start note, which provides a reference design methods and design principles for the out door environment of the high-rise flats,which make this research more practical and instructive.
