Abstract


Following the Shanghai Pudong New Area , Tianjin Binhai New Area to promote the sustained and healthy development of economic and social , in 2010 , the State Council formally approved the establishment of Chongqing Two Rivers Area . Liangjiang New Area will be the balance of things , urban and rural , driven by the western rapid economic development strategy first area . The decade of new large-scale development of the western region , in Two Rivers Area start-up , how to develop reasonable and effective development strategies and approaches for the development of the health of the two rivers , complete strategic mission entrusted by the state , has an important role . The purpose of this research is to try to provide a suitable development strategy for the Two Rivers Area combination to win in the fierce international competition . By Liangjiang New Area in which the external macro- environment , the domestic regional economic development , multi-angle , depth and detailed analysis to identify external opportunities and threats affect the survival and development of the Two Rivers Area , as well as the new district has its own advantages and disadvantages , and use a SWOT analysis and judgment to analyze these factors . Paper a detailed analysis of the information available , the Two Rivers Area to develop a regional economic development strategy , and to develop the Strategic Approach . In this paper , the characteristics of two rivers worked out based on existing resources , planning major projects for support , to create a complete industrial system oriented to the development of people's livelihood as their responsibility , advanced manufacturing and modern service industry , to build a functional modern , high-end industry , gathered headquarters , the strategic approach of the national development and opening up of New livable . To ensure the smooth implementation of the strategic objectives , the study proposes to promote institutional reform , accelerate the construction of inland open , clear industry positioning , to build a scientific and effective investment mechanism , and many other safeguards . Paper the results of research to the development of the two rivers specified direction and goals , Liangjiang New Area has become more competitive in response to other development zones , and the continuous development of growth for inland open .
