Abstract

Widespread concern , and continuously reinforced concrete composite pavement (AC CRCP) is a new type of composite pavement . It will continuously reinforced high strength concrete slab and asphalt pavement driving comfort combine to continuously reinforced concrete slab for rigid foundation , from the asphalt surface functional role , the overall strength and long service life , maintenance costs small , is the development direction of the heavy traffic highway long-life pavement structure . Many countries have built a continuously reinforced concrete composite pavement (AC CRCP) test road or entity works , but because of the expensive , complicated construction , promotion and research . The entity projects as the basis , using finite element analysis method based on the structural characteristics of the AC CRCP research Repaving asphalt surface continuously reinforced concrete pavement , the main asphalt surface layer of continuously reinforced concrete pavement structure the main impact of stress and temperature fields . After taking into account the overlay asphalt surface , the main reason for destruction by the rigid pavement failure caused by shear or bonded by an adhesive layer . The article also using the finite element analysis method to study the impact of the influencing parameters on the force of the adhesive layer , combined with laboratory experiments , analysis of several bonding properties of the adhesive material , focusing on analysis of the bonding properties of different dosage under the rubber asphalt . The results of the study show that the impact of changes in the thickness of the asphalt surface of continuously reinforced concrete slab , especially the influence of the temperature field . When the asphalt surface layer thickness is greater than 4cm , can effectively reduce the temperature gradient of continuously reinforced concrete slab . Asphalt surface layer thickness of less than 6cm , little effect of continuously reinforced concrete slab load stress . Shear resistance of the adhesive layer and economic point of view , it is recommended laying asphalt surface layer thickness range between 8cm ~ 14cm . 15% dosage of rubber asphalt with epoxy asphalt have good bonding properties , 15% rubber asphalt optimum amount of about 2.0 kg/m2 . The results of the study can be further guidance and to improve continuously reinforced concrete composite pavement structure design has a high practical value .
