Abstract


Logistics industry as an important part of the modern social and economic system , its status and influence has become increasingly prominent , a comprehensive reflection of the level of the development of the logistics industry in a country is also a degree of modernization and economic strength . With the economic effect of the rapid rise of the Bohai Economic Rim and the Beijing-Tianjin region , Hebei Province, the economic development of the unprecedented opportunities and challenges , and how to deal with a flood of this era , is the focus of all walks of life need to be faced in Hebei Province . Pillar economic sectors of the logistics industry in Hebei as a province , despite a late start , the technology is relatively backward , but it has a certain superiority in terms of geographic location and resource reserves , how in the current industry environment and institutions on the basis of in-depth analysis of the logistics industry in the province in all aspects of development potential and direction , grasping time machine to meet the challenges , led to further enhance the overall strength of the logistics industry in the province has become the subject of of Hebei Province urgent research . This article is from the point of departure of the level of logistics development in Hebei Province , the system analyzes the predecessors for the provincial logistics development research as well as the theoretical basis of the provincial logistics , proposed a set of the actual level of logistics development in Hebei Province logistics development level evaluation architecture ; the set index system covers four square of the level of development of the logistics industry and 19 indicators , showing more complete evaluation of the development of the provincial logistics from different angles levels ; collected in Hebei Province indicators for the year 2002-2009 statistics , followed by the use of principal component analysis given weight indicators and indicators of various weights four aspects synthesis and trend analysis of the index and comprehensive level index text Finally, the conclusions of the empirical analysis and Hebei own sub five parties are given a series of policy measures recommended . Through this research , a clearer showing logistics trends in Hebei Province in the past eight years , summed up a set of evaluation index system in the development of provincial logistics , and the model is given , the results of the evaluation and the proposed measures , not only for the Hebei the Provincial logistics Development provides a scientific theoretical proposals also provide for the to improve Hebei Province logistics status quo, actively promote modern logistics corresponding improvement basis .
