Abstract

1 Research Objective the observed thermal adaptation and taking Vc on energy metabolism in rats indicators, explore the thermal adaptation Vc on energy metabolism in rats and its mechanism of action, and to provide a theoretical basis for the athletic ability to improve the athletes in the high-temperature environment. 120 2 8 weeks old Wistar rats, body weight 200 ± 15g were randomly divided into four groups: A (control group), B (exercise group), C (Movement thermal adaptation group), D (movement of heat adapt Vc group treadmill); B, C, D rats for general training for five weeks, six weeks of group C, D thermal adaptation of one week, the temperature 38 ° C to Group D orally Vc weekly increments of Training Time : one week training l0min, speed of 10m/min; after week time increment l0min, speed increments 3m; 4, 5, and 6 weeks of training time for 40min, speed of 21m/min. Quiet state, the the quantitative load state, exhaustive state immediately after exercise were sacrificed, take skeletal muscle, serum; measured quadriceps, gastrocnemius muscle tissue in the Na-K ATPase, CK, LD, LDH, SDH activity. All data SPSS10.0 statistical software analysis, a significance level of p lt; 0.05 3 experimental results 3.1 quiet state in skeletal muscle Na-K ATPase activity, movement of thermal adaptation group was significantly higher than the control (P lt; 0.01) ; movement of thermal adaptation Vc group was significantly higher than the other three groups (P lt; 0.01); CK activity in serum organization moving thermal adaptation group was significantly higher (P lt; 0.05); moving heat adaptation Vc group was significantly higher than the control group (P lt; 0.05); the serum organization LD content, LDH activity was no significant difference (P gt; 0.05); the SDH activity movement of heat adaptation group was significantly higher than that of the control group; movement heat adapt Vc group was significantly higher than the other 3 groups (P lt; 0.01). 3.2 Quantitative movement of Na-K ATPase activity in skeletal muscle tissue, sports thermal adaptation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P lt; 0.01); movement of thermal adaptation Vc group was significantly higher than the other three groups (P lt; 0.01) ; CK activity in serum organization, sports group, sports thermal adaptation group was significantly lower than the control group (p lt; 0.05). LD content, LDH activity in serum organization significant difference; (P gt; 0.05); the SDH content Movement thermal adaptation group was significantly higher (p lt; 0.05); The transported heat VC was significantly higher than that of the control group and the exercise group (P lt; 0.01). Immediately after the 3.3 Exhausted skeletal muscle the organization Na-K ATPase activity, movement of thermal adaptation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P lt; 0.05); the moving heat adapt Vc group was significantly higher than that of the control group and exercise group (P lt; 0.01 ); movement of thermal adaptation Vc group was significantly higher than the movement of thermal adaptation group (P lt; 0.05). CK activity in serum organization, sports group, sports heat adaptation, movement heat adapt Vc group was significantly lower than the control group (p lt; 0.01). Serum LD content organization, LDH activity, there is no significant difference; (P gt; 0.05); the SDH activity movement of heat adaptation group was significantly higher (p lt; 0.05); transported heat VC was significantly higher than that of the control group (P lt; 0.01). 4 Conclusion 4.1 heat acclimatization one week and Vc can significantly increase heat stress rat Na-K-ATPase activity, in particular, under the combined effects of thermal adaptation and Vc can significantly improve the Na-K-ATPase, SDH activity, thermal adaptation 1 The weeks and Vc joint has a very significant effect on the improvement of thermal stress in rats aerobic capacity. 4.2 quiet state, heat acclimatization one week of heat stress in serum CK activity increased significantly elevated CK activity is not obvious in the the quantitative load and exhausting state thermal environment of the body can cause damage, but the thermal adaptation - week can reduce this damage. 4.3 Vc is a strong reducing agent with free radical scavenging role of protecting the body, can significantly improve the metabolic capacity of the heat stress in rats, but not defense body injury in the high temperature environment. Heat defense high-temperature environment to adapt to one week, but to improve the ability of rats with metabolic effect of heat stress in rat injured worse than Vc. The only thermal adaptation and Vc together to significantly improve energy metabolism and reduce damage to heat stress in rats.
